| Description: This 75-minute class is ideal for people with some yoga experience and those who are seasoned yoga practitioners! Heidi will bring you safely through each of the asanas (postures) that make up the Primary Series. Instruction focuses on proper alignment and breathing. Some modifications are introduced for those with some physical limitations. (Prerequisite: Must be in fair physical condition and have practicing knowledge of Sun A & Sun B.)

| Description: Beginning Ashtanga Yoga is for students interested in learning the standing sequences of the primary series. Modified sun salutations will be explored. |Description: What better way to bond with your newest family member than with a gentle, loving and connected yoga practice? Baby and Me yoga is for new moms and dads and babies 5 weeks to crawling. Yoga helps post-partum moms regain flexibility, strength, improve posture and enhances stamina. A yoga practice also can help both moms and dads discover balance in the "new parent" routine. Gentle massage techniques and baby yoga postures help babies with digestion and can assist in activating the parasympathetic nervous system's relaxation response.
Bring a soft towel and/or baby blanket for your baby to lay on during the practice. (SESSIONS)

For caregivers and toddlers age 20 months to 36 months.
Continue the bonding experience between you and your child and increase your child's attention span as you create new neural pathways in your child's brain. Let your child begin to experience the fun of Yoga! As mobility increases in your toddler, Heidi will introduce poses that support your child's explorative nature. A yoga practice can help toddlers become more comfortable and confident as they move their bodies in playful yoga postures, and help to reduce stress and anxiety. Parents get to do a little yoga too!

| Description: This special series for health and fitness will be lead by Heidi. Each class begins with 30 minutes of vinyasa flowing yoga blending elements of Tai Chi, DanceYOGA(tm, Tri-Yoga, Yoga Trance Dance, Tri Yoga Flow and Advanced Vinyasa. Class continues with a 15-minute workout on specific muscle groups, and concludes with deep relaxation. This vinyasa class is suitable for most seasoned beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. Class not recommended for individuals brand new to yoga.

Each month, Heidi will guide you in breathing practices known as Pranayama meant to clear the nadis (nerve channels), calm the mind and prepare you for guided meditation practice. Dates: 1/23, 2/27, 3/26, 4/23/16.
No prior experience necessary, just a willingness to practice.

VINYASA: Vinyasa means "synchronized breath/ movement exercising system." The breath is the key to this system of yoga. It links asana (posture) to asana in a precise manner. Vinyasa, or "flow yoga" is a popular evolving tradition of yoga emerging in the Western world. Its roots come from the tree of Sri T. Krishnamacharya whose lineage gave way to three other classical forms of yoga: Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga.
ASHTANGA: A traditional flowing style of yoga, developed by Sri K. Pattahbi Jois of Mysore, India, that coordinates deep breathing with a set sequence of moves. Ashtanga offers a complete workout which can increase strength, flexibility, and stamina as well as improving one's breath and body awareness.
AYURVEDA: An over 5000 year old program of holistic alternative medicine that is the traditional system of medicine of India. From Deepak Chopra's site: "Early Greek medicine also embraced many concepts originally described in the classical ayurvedic medical texts dating back thousands of years."
